He keeps promising to fix it and here we are 1 and a half years later with this hole. Last year I purchased a cover for the pool and I have withheld the last $500 payment in hope of him getting this hole fixed and the hole still remains. Just a warning so no one else goes through what I have had to deal with. We also had the capping and whole slab of concrete pull up last winter that he tried to play the card that none of this is under warranty, less than a year and we had two issues with the structure of the pool. You can see from the texts how unreliable this guy is and we still have a hole on our pool!!! Unacceptable. You have been warned! We have not heard anything from Jay in months that is why I finally decided to warn anyone considering hiring this company for a new pool install. Go ahead and read all the terrible recent reviews of their horrible services Attached is the only photo they provided after charging an elderly woman $8,500 and leaving her with an open loop system for weeks. The open loop caused extensive damage due to their incompetence."

"We spent $600 to replace a bearing. Atkins put the washer back incorrectly. It leaked and ran rough. He came back. It still ran rough and leaked. After this, on at least two occasions, he said he would be there and never showed or called or responded to my text. In the meantime, it went from a leak to running even rougher and water running out and flooding our floor. I texted him. I sent pictures and videos. He never responded. He never came back. He never fixed it. We had to buy a new washer. I would not use Atkins. It was a mistake. He did not fix it. He did not stand by his work. He did not respond multiple times. However, he did cash our check quickly."

We offer free estimates and rapid service at very reasonable rates. A down payment maybe required before work starts on larger projects but will never be over 1/2 the total bid amount. The rest of any remaining balance is due upon successful completion of the work. We do offer specials during certain times of the year and offer veterans a 10% discount on all work. We currently do not offer any financing options.
