Joey kn Silicon Valley Appliance seemed quite confident on the phone relating to the oven door issue. He came on time (actually 10 min early, which was good for me). He worked on it capably for 5-10 min and put it back to the oven ! Very efficient ! He observed city ordinance & wore mask and shoe covers. Very polite, friendly , professional !"
