"They were very nice to come to my home on such short notice...there were a few delays in the timing, but eventually Ivan came here and replaced the part that seemed to be causing the problem with the restricted water flow. I am surprised that there is only a 21 day warranty on parts and labor, but they helped me out of a jam."
