Our six-year-old Whirlpool all electric oven was taking forever to heat up and when the display said that it achieved temperature, the oven was just warm and not hot. So, we knew something was wrong but I could not figure out what the problem was. Johe came highly recommended and we called him late in the afternoon and were able to schedule him for the next morning. He showed up right on time. Johe quickly diagnosed the oven problem and explained to us what was involved in making the repair to the oven. His pricing was both transparent and reasonable.
