I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. "Dan DePriest came to give an estimate for powerwashing the deck floor and applying a clear sealer. He came on the same day that we called him. He was available to do the powerwashing that day, too, so we agreed to have him start right away. He did an excellent job washing the deck that had stains and winter dirt and green mold. He even washed the deck railing and the barbecue cover. He moved everything off  the deck in order to do the work. After allowing the deck to dry out, he returned three days later to replace the one board and to apply the clear seal to the deck floor. He used a long-handled paint pad to apply the sealer and took his time to cover the deck well. It has never looked better.

He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him."
