"Can't remember at this point what we paid with our deal. In general, it
was very difficult to make arrangements, and the company tried to not
honor the deal because it was so long after the date at which we bought
the deal. However, it was late because they did not return calls for
several months. We had to push hard to actually get the service paid
for.
When they finally arrived, they were responsive and knew their work very well. However, there was no effort made to hang plastic or other barriers during the demoing of old plaster or sanding of the new. This was very upsetting, and when we pointed out the oversight to the owner, he was very apologetic. Unfortunately, the damage (in the form of many days of thorough cleaning throughout the house) was already done!
The quality of the actual finished work was quite good.  I would hire them again based on the quality of the plaster work, but with very careful oversight into their prep and an expectation it would take some time to get them to the job site.

"Our old house on the Northside of Pittsburgh was in need of an exterior facelift and a new front porch to replace the one that had collapsed. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."
