"Sloppy work...left a lot of debris to be cleaned up. I will have to hire someone to do that as I am recovering from back surgery and unable to do it. No written quote or an invoice. Started out with a verbal at $4800, then came to $3800 then $3500. Big difference. I said I would let him know on Friday,he came the next morning, Thursday and began to work Pavement could be a lot smoother. paid by personal check made out to his brother. No receipt."
