They provided very clear estimate documents and despite warning me of possible overages based on things they might discover after starting the repair came in exactly at their estimate. They were on-time, finished in the time estimated, were very clean and professional. I recommended them to several other folks who came by and asked since seeing them on my roof."

"Mark was terrific.  He inspected the roof and offered to show me what he found.  Mark showed me the area where the leak was and recommended a solution to repair it.  He also pointed out some other issues (broken tiles, etc?) and offered to repair/replace those as well.  We agreed on a price that I felt was reasonable for the work being done.  On the day of the job, Mark and his crew showed up on time and completed everything in 2 hours.  He showed me the work area and explained what they had done.  They cleaned up after themselves and left no sign that they had been there.  I can't say enough about how great Mark was and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of roof repairs!  I would absolutely use him again. <br />"

"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. He walked us through how they would handle the job, quoted a couple of options, ordered sample tiles for us so we could see the colors in person and supplied some addresses in the area where those tiles had been installed so we could see what it would look like.</p> <p>The old roof was removed in a few hours on day one.
