"Due to a broken drainpipe in the kitchen we had to redo the lower half of our cabinets, etc. The contractor our insurance company referred got horrible reviews. I wanted a trustworthy contractor to repair our home. Finding one who would take on a smaller job like ours was a challenge. We needed a window, drywall, paint, lower cabinets, countertop istallation, backsplash. The thought of finding tradespeople for each of these was overwhelming. We were so relieved when Tony came out, was his usual competent self, then sent a reasonable estimate for the project. There is nothing Tony can't do to make it work, and his subcontractors are great too. I had a "crisis" towards the end because I decided I needed a window frame rather than use Schluter edging. i called Tony at the 11th hour and he came out and built a window frame in less than 2 hours from an inspo photo I showed him. He did a great job and we are so happy to have a new and improved kitchen. "

Tal helped us select the new stunning marble slab for the new island that he implemented in the design and the gorgeous chandelier above it because the island that he designed for us included table as well. "I met Mike, the owner of BMO Kitchen and Bath, and his team 8 years ago when he was doing a kitchen and bath remodel at my daughters house. We were all very happy with the work they did and decided to hire Mike and the BMO team for a full remodel of our home. This included remodeling the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, installing new cabinets, new plumbing new lighting and new flooring throughout most of our house. When we could not find cabinets to fit, Mike built beautiful cabinets himself. 7 years have passed since this remodel was done and everything Mike and BMO did still works great and looks great. We found Mike to be very honest, knowledgeable, reliable and easy to work with. He respected our opinion and was always available to give us his thoughts on how to improve our project and what products to use. We have been so please with Mike and the BMO team that we have used them for all construction and repair jobs since that time. "We hired AHI to remodel 1 bathroom, paint our interior (with some drywall repair), and install recessed lighting in our home. We began work in early April with an anticipated end date of mid June. The cost of the work was in the middle of the quotes we received. Our experience has been horrible and ended in us ending our contract with AHI and having to hire our own professionals to finish the job as of mid- August when it was still incomplete. -They are not good at communicating. I often would have less than 48 hours notice to get them a piece or material needed or less than a few hours notice that some work was beginning or we needed to come meet them. We had to constantly follow up for updates about the schedule and project. -The first paint crew did not prep at all and painted/ texture sprayed over our outlets, HVAC vents, light switches. They left large drips of paint in multiple locations and got paint/ texture splatter on our flat ceilings, on our windows, and all over our subfloor. The project manager from AHI did not oversee the project an the full home was done before he looked at it. He and foreman agreed the quality was not acceptable and took over a month to schedule a new crew. This crew was better but delayed the project significantly. -Our home was left with 1st floor doors and windows open overnight on multiple occasions. We do not live at the property at the moment but our belongings are there and though we pointed this out to the project manager it happened again. -The crews sent were not managed well- it felt like we got below handyman level quality of work in many areas. In addition to the paint crew they sent someone to paint our bathroom baseboards and he painted all over the wall. The electrician left screws and debris all over brand new wood floors and managed to scratch them plus scratch our new marble in the shower. -They drank beers from our fridge multiple times and left trash all over our home and in front of the house overnight/ for multiple days. We ended the contract with them completely unsatisfied but amicably coming to a financial agreement that settled it. I would strongly recommend that you do not hire AHI unless you are ready to manage the project yourself and be there to supervise their subcontractors as the work is done."
