His assistant, even though sheâ s female, was also a very hard worker in the whole project. I wud hire Luis again for my next clean-up !!! Super satisfied with his service n the finished product at a reasonable price. Love that he is a local businessman here in the San Fernando Valley. "G & J provided excellent service all around.  They contacted me within 36 hours of purchasing a deal on Angie's List to confirm an appointment and were available to fit me in my suggested days which I wasn't expecting since I was giving very short notice.  They arrived right on time with 3 cleaners and went to work immediately.  I had purchased the $80 for 4 (man) hours of cleaning.  It was explained to me that they would be going a little over the time to ensure a good job since there were so many rooms.  They promised (and did) to keep the price aligned to the deal I bought of $20 per hour which was very fair.
When I arrived back at the house at their completion I was amazed at how great a job they did.  All of the floors (wood and tile), baseboards, counter tops, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, and closets were cleaned beautifully.  They even cleaned the exterior of some of the more prominent windows which was going above and beyond on their part since I had hired them for interior cleaning.
I would recommend G & J to anyone.  I will be using them again shortly myself for cleaning of the apartment I am moving out of and am heavily considering setting up regular house cleaning service with them.

"Workers showed up about 15 minutes late but stayed 15 min later too so it didnt bother me.  Ladies worked hard but quality wasn't there.  It looked good from distance but upon closer inspection i felt like they cleaned to passable level but not like it was thoroughly clean or at all hygienic.  
I admit that house was really dirty and also we were having a bit of a heat wave so cleaning under hot circumstances I am sure wasn't fun.  I felt like after this cleaning I would like to have another cleaning crew come back in right after to properly clean to make it hygienic and to clean like how I would clean tub, bathroom, floors etc.

"Very professional. Work ethic is great. Called for service. Remolded my bathroom and removed tub to install shower. Velazquez junk and Debris came into my home, removed all the demolition inside the restroom and whatever was thrown out in the back. Cleaned up very nice as if it was never a mess. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"It went well, The crew was about 15 min late so i thought it was going to be all bad but i was extremely surprised. Wow! I was so happy i chose this company instead of the other one i had called because the detail of the cleaning was incredible. They even swept off my 2 balcony's and cleaned out the cat litter box.
