"Carlos and his team installed new flooring, painted the interior and exterior (including trim work) of our house. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. They were all completed to perfection, especially on the installation of 80 corners/baseboards in the interior of the house. He is honest, dedicated to excellence, very positive, and a great communicator. Since we were from out of State, communications, and responses from him either via texting, emails and phone calls were always prompt and professional. We highly recommend them and will work with him again on our next project."

"Always Improve Flooring has done four jobs for me since 2015: 1. Installing new oak flooring in my kitchen and office and refinishing the rest of the oak flooring on the first floor of my house; 2. Refinishing wood flooring in two of my rental units; and 3. Leveling the floor of my garage and then installing new oak flooring as I was converting the garage into an ADU. Their workmanship was excellent. I am very happy with their work. Juan Hernandez, the owner, is very responsive. I found his pricing to be reasonable and he stuck with the quoted price. I strongly recommend Juan and his company."

"We had our 100 year old oak wood floors refinished which hadn't been done for 25 years or so. Very professional, clean, did an amazing job, on time, easy to work with. The workers had to come back a second time to put another coat of (sealer?) on top because we noticed it was scratching very easily, but after they did that, we haven't had a problem. They also came back a third time to replace all of our molding (cut and stained it) which they didn't do the first time (and unfortunately wasn't part of the bid), but we were ok with that. The price was reasonable."

"I can’t recommend Royal Oak Flooring highly enough. My wife and I met Laurie at her shop on Ventura Blvd. (suggest you make an appointment to ensure finding her there) in order to figure out whether Royal Oak could accommodate what we were trying to do. Previously we’d talked with 2 big-box stores and 2 small flooring shops but they all seemed to be trying to sell us very basic (but cheaper) installations. We wanted a floor with a thin black strip about 5” in from the wall to serve as a border. We also wanted mitered 45-degree corners rather than butted. The Royal Oak store is not large, compared to, say, Floors & Decor, but it has an overwhelming variety of samples. And Laurie is the kind of person who will make a phone call on the spot to find out if what you want is possible. She gave us several 2”x2” samples to take home and emailed us quotes for the different flooring and installations we were considering. After a few days we settled on a floor with 5” wide maple planks and the black border. We appreciated Laurie’s willingness to listen to what we wanted rather than try to sell us what she’d already done 1000 times. We realized why Laurie had the confidence to consider alternatives to the basic installation after Rafael and Abel showed up. These guys were the craftsmen we were beginning to think existed only on some other continent, the craftsmen who’d have to be flown over to the U.S. and put up in a motel while they worked on our mitered corners and our black border 5” from the wall. My wife and I are both retired engineers, so (1) we’re detail-oriented, and (2) we got a lot of time on our hands. I can be a pain in the butt, for sure, but Rafael and Abel never shied away from questions. And they asked them too. At one point I asked Rafael if there was a saying in Spanish equivalent to “The Devil is in the details.” Smiling, he assured me there was. Quite honestly, it got so that just seeing these guys in the morning was reassuring. They cleaned up everyday before leaving, made Herculean attempts to keep dust from escaping, and in general tried to reduce their impact on the normal house functioning as much as possible. We’re very happy with the new hardwood floor we got thanks to Royal Oak Flooring."

"We are very pleased with our two flooring projects that Harvey and his team completed for us - a luxury vinyl plank install and a hardwood floor refinishing. Harvey was very professional and he and his team were very easy to work with. They got the job done in the time stated, his pricing was very reasonable and we are very happy with the work. Thank you, Harvey!"

"Project: Install Luxury Vinyl flooring, Base Boards and Door Casings. Did a great job! Would recommend."

"Outstanding!!! George and his crew went over and beyond of what we expected. They were able to match our old (3 years) floor with new same floor, without using a transition strip, not to mention the break you get from buying directly from the importer. Would not hesitate to use him again and just a great guy."

"I if quality and perfection along with a highly competitive price are important to you, you must choose Arbor Hardwood Floorss. I had the pleasure of working with Jaymes who shared the history of the business created by his father. Jaymes is highly skilled, professional & detailed. He is always very responsive and pleasant to work with. He completed our full home adding wood flooring throughout and worked several weekends to make sure we were completely satisfied. Look no further!"

"The overall experience with the New Floor Co. was excellent.  Dan Paik is the owner of the company.  He quickly responded to my initial call, came to my house and evaluated the job and prepared an estimate promptly.  Dan came across as very competent.  I felt secure that he knows wood floors inside and out.  After accepting the bid, I was introduced to Victor Munoz.  Victor is lead installation man in the company.  Victor is a real craftsman and perfectionist.
My house is pretty old, built around 1908.  The job required a good amount of leveling to make the floor look uniformly flat.  Victor did this artfully.  He went under the house to secure and strengthen the subfloor where it was loose.  The doors needed some cutting to accommodate the new floors.  Victor even fixed things along the way that were not functioning.  For example, my front door opened and closed roughly.  He fixed it in no time flat.  Two other people were on the job with Victor, Gi (his brother) and Deshawn (brother in-law).  Both worked very hard and contributed their know how to completing the job.  Aside from being very hard workers, all three of these guys are very pleasant, professional and total gentlemen.  By the time the job was nearing completion, I actually felt like these guys became friends.
After all is said and done, my floors look awesome!  The team at New Floors Co met and surpassed my expectations.  I highly recommend them.

"Mahshad from Z Flooring did an AMAZING job on our flooring project. We have a marble hearth with awkward angles that other installers refused to attempt. They suggested we tear it out, but making those complex cuts was no problem for Mahshad. He flawlessly fitted the molding riser and it couldn't look more perfect! Plus he was quick and courteous. We couldn't be more pleased."
