"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. "Leo and his team did an exceptional job repainting our house. We had a lot of wood rot as well as a leak. Their carpentry work is very impressive and took care of all of our issues. They worked quickly and finished ahead of schedule even during the heatwave in Boston. All workers were professional, respectful, and carefully cleaned up everything everyday. Leo was always available to answer questions and check in about the progress with an in person conversation and photos. We are very happy with the finished product and the price was very reasonable as well!"

Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."

"I really love the Golden Group. We had them replace our asphalt roof on our house. We had gotten bids from five companies and Golden Group just stood out to me as a company driven by honesty and integrity. We had planned on the roof replacement happening on Wednesday last week - but had a family emergency. The guys showed up at 7 am and started getting setup (right on time), my wife talked with them and they packed up gave me the number for Freddy and said for us to call and they'd return within 48 hours. They even sent flowers expressing their concern for our family emergency. We called Monday they came back Wednesday just like they said. They showed up right after 7 am and got started setting up and worked hard all day. Everything they did was clearly described and they did exactly what they said they would. Not a single surprise. They explained everything all day long - as the project progressed - they showed what was going on and what was happening next. Each step obvious and easy to understand. We ended up having eleven new pieces of plywood - not a surprise. We knew the old roof needed replacing and that just showed it really needed fixing even worse than we imagined. No other problems came up which was good to hear. Clean up, they used an industrial magnet over our yard three times to get up any stray nails. All the old asphalt shingles and anything else - nice and neatly cleaned up. Like other folks have said The Golden Group did an excellent job, very professional very nice folks. I really couldn't ask for any better they did an absolutely wonderful job for us."

"Our building is over 100 years old and located on a small lot at a busy intersection without off-street parking. Sprague was one of only two or three companies that were willing to work on our gutters. We are so glad we hired them. They did a fantastic job. I would say that this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Unlike other contractors we have hired, Sprague did not employ subcontractors. Every person with whom we interacted was personable, accessible, and highly skilled. Mark, the original contact person, made several visits to our building and attended one of our monthly coop meetings to give a detailed presentation on the various options available to us. Jamie and Konnor, who did the bulk of the installation work, were outstanding. In various ways, they all went above and beyond the basics of their jobs. There was a slight delay before the work started because of serious storms in March, but once it started, the work proceeded quickly and efficiently in spite of ongoing weather-related interruptions. In addition, Jamie and Konnor worked quietly-- as quietly as possible when doing a gutter replacement-- and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day. On the few occasions when a problem arose, they were responsive and respectful. When they encountered issues requiring work beyond the original contract, they kept us informed and charged us fairly. Our new gutters are beautifully crafted of heavy, high-grade copper, expertly installed, and guaranteed to work for decades. I am confident they will keep us dry for many years to come, and they look gorgeous. Sprague's copper gutters have transformed a routine, unpleasant, dreaded maintenance headache into a source of excitement and pride for us."
