"Same day response via text message (which I prefer!) from Angel Tree Solutions to the quote request I submitted on Angi. The owner came out the next day to walk around the house with me, provided an estimate on the landscaping cleanup job, and got it scheduled for the following week. (I was expecting later in the Fall or next Spring as that's what I've heard from a few other local landscaping/lawn services.) On the day of the job, the owner and crew arrived early, worked diligently for 5-6 hours on a hot humid day to clear out the jungle of overgrown landscaping (including roots/stumps), weeds, and ivy from up around the house and out of a clump of large pines along the edge of the driveway. Mulch was replaced in the now cleared out flower/landscaping beds so we can start with a clean slate when we decide to add in new landscaping. Communication with the owner was good and everything was cleaned up nicely before the crew left. I plan on getting quotes from Angel Tree Solutions again in the future as we need to have some trees removed and regular lawn service/landscaping next year."

"Politely said, Sparky is the boss.  
We needed electricity and HDMI ran from a cabinet in our great room up above our fireplace so we could mount a TV.  Also needed cable and electricity ran to a wall in our master bedroom so we could mount our TV on the wall. 
Sparky showed up on a Friday afternoon, five minutes early.  Assessed the situation, and before he left, said he would look into how much parts/etc would cost, and he would call me with a bid.  Sunday night I received a text from him with a bid, we set up a time for him to come for the install on 8/22 at 9am.  
Sparky showed up at 8:59, and got to work.  I came home from lunch to outlets installed where I had asked, cable ran, everything was great.  He could not find the specific outlet cover for AC / Cable, but it will not be visible once the TV is mounted, so it is not of real concern.  
I was a little uncomfortable mounting the brackets for our TV on the walls, as the studs were located in odd places - and I didn't trust myself to mount a $1,000 60" plasma anywhere that wasn't on a small stand.  ha!  
I asked if he would mind installing the mounts if I kicked him some extra $$, and he gladly obliged to stay longer than he had originally intended.  He even went so far as to use his own screws/mounting bolts that were FAR superior to the ones that were provided in the kit.
Couldn't be happier.  Should we plan on doing any other electrical work / lighting in the future, Sparky will be our first call.

"He just showed up without giving a phone call.  Prior to that, we need some bulbs replaced in the lighting apparatus and we asked him if he would teach us how to do it and he didn’t do it, instead he charged about $50 for a bulb replacement.  We feel he is on the higher side.  We thought he was expensive when it came to replacing bulbs.  His communication is a little haphazard, he would show up without calling, and then last year all of a sudden the box was changed so we must have gone when he did that.  He wasn’t always the best as far as communication went.  He didn’t do bad work, the two issues were the communication and we felt his prices were way on the high side.  We would probably use him again simply because he has done the work before."

"I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"
