"I found Sandy, the owner of Tews Glassworks & Restoration and contacted her by phone. We arranged for a very prompt drop off of my 4 foot stain glass pool table lamp. While I walked around her shop admiring the many beautiful and some unusual stain glass pieces she had on display, she looked my lamp over. After, she gave me an affordable estimate and I hired her.  She wrote me an invoice, I gave her a small deposit and left my pool table lamp in her care.  There were more broken parts than just stain glass (some metal frame work) but Sandy took on the job.  Sandy, is not a metal worker but with trials and some difficulty, she fixed the broken metal work, attached the stain glass trim to it and also replaced the broken stain glass panels. It looks great. The repair did take longer than I had expected but some of that was due to the problems she encountered with the metal parts (not being a metals person) and also due to an up coming stain glass show she was preparing for in the weeks following the project I dropped in her lap. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Her prices are reasonable & affordable, she's a very sweet person, and her work is VERY good. <br />"

"We remodeled our kitchen and were looking for some stained glass for one of our new cabinets. Studio One was recommended to us by our contractor.  <br />     We met with the owner, Kim Kostuch, and talked over many design ideas. We were looking for something with an Aidian influence and my wife suggested somethhing with bamboo. Kim gave us some options and we settled on one. Kim created multiple drawings for our approval. Later in the process we hand selected the glass for our project. <br />     When the finished doors were installed they were spectacular. Kim caught, in glass, what we were looking for and the doors are a central piece in the overall design of the kitcehn. Kim did such a nice job and was a pleasure to work with. The price we paid for the stained glass was well worht the finished project. <br />     His store is great with many samples of his work (which are for sale). We even toured his workshop which was impressive. <br /> Overall the total experience was great. I would highly recommend Kim for any decorative glass project you might have.
