"The Illi team did a fantastic job installing new wood flooring in our home. From the estimate to the finish of the project, Dave was thorough, responsive and maintained communication. Even when we were struggling with making some decisions he was patient and offered helpful suggestions. We would use Illi Hardwood Flooring for any future needs we may have and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to start a hardwood flooring project."

"It was one of the best experiences dealing with a contractor for understanding our needs, choosing type of flooring, overcoming obstacles (subfloor irregularities in an old building, etc.). Scheduling was almost immediate and the job performed quickly with quality and care. Follow up on one small detail was completed with no hassle. Filipp was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with as were the employees, Tony, Fredy and crew."

"Brian and his partner did a fantastic job extending our wood floors into another room and replacing the trim. Highly recommend Eaglewood Flooring!"

"We had the floors done in 3 stages. After the amazing job on the first room and hallway, we were convinced Josh was our go-to guy. Now that all the floors are done I fully stand by that assertion. All the floors look amazing and the work was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price."

"Pro was completely efficient, attention to detail &wanted to do the job right. Was masterful when working with tools with safety in mind. Was not content until the product was right and beautiful. I would recommend him for any floor laying project. Hands down."

"Hayden was very professional throughout. Nice work on fixing the subfloor in my kitchen. Floor is beautiful thanks to him. He still needs to put on the nosing but this is only due to a product delay. Very responsive, clearly talented in his craft and overall a great guy to work with. I was honestly worried about repairing the subfloor and getting in the new flooring because the damage to the old floor was bad due to water leakage. he explained every single step of the process. If I ever need floor work again, Footprints floors and Hayden are definitely going to be hired again!"

"After first contacting Anton on July 15, 2021 and a follow-up visit from him he gave us a carefully-detailed cost estimate on August 10 that covered every aspect of the work to be done. We ordered our LVT and carpeting shortly after and waited for a possible late fall installation. In October we agreed to a five-day schedule to begin on Thursday, November 11; the upstairs bedrooms and bath were completed by the 12th, which allowed us to stay in our home during the reflooring. The project was on hold for the weekend so we could return our personal belongings to the second floor and move any boxed personal belonging from our main floor into temporary storage (porches, garage, second floor). The work resumed on the main floor the following Monday and was finished by Wednesday, November 17. Throughout the process Anton provided prompt, useful advice, and answered our many questions about preparation, material comparisons, selection, and timing. He and his employees were knowledgeable, reliable, and hard-working. Once the work began he called or stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with their progress. At each phase of the installation, they added value to the job, e.g., using California-style carpet installation and a moisture barrier under the carpet padding for the stairway; eliminating cross seams and seam visibility in the carpet installation; refreshing the baseboards with a perfectly-matched Golden Oak base shoe; retightening all baseboard flooring to eliminate squeaks; removal and reinstallation of two toilets; and use of a hepa air purifier and plastic covering to minimize dust; thorough cleanup of all debris. Doing both floors took effort on our part, as well, but we are grateful for Anton's expertise and the efforts of all his employees to give us flooring that provides so much comfort and beauty everyday. This is a company that delivers on their promise."

"Excellent! Professional, on time , gave us upfront pricing and very friendly. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to replace their flooring."

"Bishman-Dyer refinished our floors in two stages. Each time the experience was seamless, and the floors looked amazing! We also pulled the carpet from our stairs to the second floor and had them refinished. They came out beautifully! It's been a while since they were done and the floors have held up and still look great! I would definitely recommend Bishman Dyer for all my wood floor needs!"
