"We had planned on using Pro Renovations to do some renovations at our rental property, and before we got the work scheduled the <br /> water heater malfunctioned and caused water to flow from the upstairs through the ceiling into the downstairs.  The water damage was discovered on a Sunday and Simon, Matthew and Cody came to the house an hour after we called Simon.  They figured out the source of the leak, stopped the leak from causing any more damage, and tore out all the wet ceiling and walls to begin the drying process.  They took what was a very stressful situation and completely put our minds at ease. <br /> <br /> Because Pro Renovations would be repairing all the water damage we decided to go ahead and move forward with the planned renovation project at the same time.  They renovated our bathroom, tearing out the existing tube/shower and linen closet, and installing a custom walk-in shower and linen closet.  The shower turned out absolutely beautiful and has transformed the bathroom from a dark dingy space to bright and beautiful space.  Matthew custom made the new linen closet doors to fit with the existing style of house. <br /> <br /> Simon worked as the general contractor, coordinating and overseeing the plumbing and electrical work.  It is obvious that they are very conscious of what subcontractors charge for their work and if they are qualified.  Simon contacted me throughout the project if he anticipated that a subcontractor would be spending more time than estimated, or charging more than estimated.  Keeping the project on budget was a priority for Simon. <br /> <br /> We were so happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone at Pro Renovations.  I have used them over the years for many projects both at my home and rental property, and have never been disappointed.  I recommend to everyone and will continue to used them for all future renovation projects."

"They do very good work. The only issues I had were with responsiveness and follow through. I had them remove a bathtub and install a shower and they didn't plane the shower at enough of a decline so now the water stands in the shower and doesn't drain properly. I wanted them to come back to fix that as well as to lower the curtain rods and that never ended up happening. I was willing to pay them to come back and they assured me they would come, and just kept putting me off so I had to hire someone else to come do it. It was really disappointed because they did good work and I really liked Rickey, the owner, but they just never followed through with their promises,"

"I contacted Horton Remodeling before moving into a new house we just bought. We wanted a solution to convert a den into a room to be used as office. He came on time at the scheduled appointment and discussed very professionally the options for new office. We had ideas prior to Horton Remodeling coming but John improved our ideas and even saved us $300! We decided to also have him put a vent in the master bathroom (he installed a vent with integrated light), install the garbage disposal and redo all handles in the kitchen, office and bathroom. <br /> John started working prior to us moving to Savannah, we left the key in the mailbox and by the time we arrived in Savannah everything was done perfectly. Throughout the work John sent many pictures to keep us up to date of the progress. <br /> We really felt very well taken care of. The work performed by Horton Remodeling was absolutely perfect! <br /> He also showed a lot of flexibility as we had to have him come back 2 times because of parts that we ordered that didn't arrive in time. I contacted him via text each time and he responded immediately and performed that work just a day later! Each time the contractors came in the house to perform work they left the house absolutely clean! You would not have been able to see that someone was there to perform work! I never experienced such a thorough clean-up! Overall awesome experience! We will continue working with Horton Remodeling whenever we have a project in the house.
