"Called them to fix my furnace. Owner came right out and was super nice. He said he be back the next day. 2 weeks goes by with no response to my phone calls or texts. Finally answered and sends a guy out. Couldn't fix it and claimed the part they bought was bad and would get a new one and be out the next day. It's been 4 weeks. I call and voice-mail is full. I text he reads them with no response. My furnace is still in pieces."
