A month before I sold my home they cleaned the carpets; 2 days before closing I called Bill back due to water damage to the home. Bill was onsite mitigating the water damage within 40 minutes of my call to him. They were quick and professional with their water mitigation efforts and were also GREAT with managing the repair/renovation work. So, it didn't work out that well for us. They did clean the fridge and they said that that was normally extra but they would do that for us. There was no additional cost. Their cleaning was okay."
