We do all of our own fence installations for both residential and commercial needs. 50% deposit is required to order materials and schedule installation. Balance is due on the final day of installation. Invoicing for commercial jobs is specific to each customer. We are a new company in southern New Hampshire. We are a team of three gentlemen with over 15 years experience in Painting and Carpentry, not to mention multiple other skills ranging from Property Management to Junk cleanouts, deck built and a whole lot more. We do free estimates and DO NOT CHARGE FOR GAS. We normally as for half of the total cost of the job upfront to start the project then the rest when the job is done to satisfaction.

My service is very wide ranged. I have many clients that just have me do virtually everything from here fall and spring clean up to taking care of there pool aan anything that might come about. Such as a roof jog or a garage they want built. Generally it is only me doing the work but from time to time I might have a helper. I tend to work time and materials but will give bids on jobs. Tends to work out to be a higher number. It's hard to forsee every possibilty in the job. I tend to bill on a weekly basis but if discussed, i will do sooner or when job is complete.
