But too often they Went ahead without hiring giving choices where there were other similarly priced cost options. For example: knowing preferred color scheme to complement the house, did not offer a choice of mulch color - went ahead with the one I disdain without asking on more than one occasion -did not seek clarity before doing the job Too many mistake **RE does** at my expense The cost of trees and planting are far above the local competition"

Whoever I talked to on the phone wasn’t the most courteous and hung up on me before I was able to ask questions. The men who showed up were very nice and helpful. CAT Contracting, Inc. is a national restoration company which operates two divisions. The residential catastrophe division facilitates the sales and restoration processes for homeowners after catastrophic storm events. The Commercial Division services large low slope membrane systems including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, Spray Foam, PVC, Metal and Hydro-Stop
"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
