"After waiting 5 months due to Covid, Josh and his team completed 10 small projects, plus building and installing new crawl space doors. The doors look great, and Josh took the time to match the paint to the house including the trim. All projects were done perfectly and without a mess. Josh is friendly, he listens, and is easy to work with. Need a contractor? Call Josh - he's worth the wait."

"Excellent service, on time and completed project. Would hire again"

"I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Claudio! He is professional, thorough, and genuinely takes pride in his work. He helped us with drywall repairs and framing following the installation of our new central air system, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. What I especially appreciate about Claudio is how easy he is to work with. He responds quickly, communicates clearly, and takes the time to explain things when I have questions. He’s also very upfront about costs, which I really appreciate. There are no surprises, and I feel confident that I can trust him. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, keeps his workspace neat and tidy, and is respectful of our home. He doesn’t cut corners, and it shows in the quality of his work. It’s such a relief to find someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also kind, reliable, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend Claudio and Ensamplar Property Maintenance, and I look forward to working with him again!"

"I initially hired Dariusz to replace a front window and install a drywall ceiling and lighting, which led to me hiring him to finish off the window/door framing and molding for a basement. Following that, I hired him to gut/redo a full bathroom, including tiling, tub, sink, toilet, lighting, painting, etc. Dariusz was very responsive and his work is top-notch. His proposals are concise and on-target. He kept the work and surrounding areas neat and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him and do plan to hire him to do more work in the near future."

"He did everything on the list. Battery changed, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet replacement, fixed closet doors, and changed fluorescent lights. Also gave some advise on changing those lights. Will use again."

"This company is one of the top craftsmen that you can find in the business. He listened to all my concerns and applied them to his craft to make me happy. I highly recommend them."

"Everything was Great. I’d definitely hire him again!"

"My experience was great. Dennie was very responsive after I made the initial contact though Angie's List. I included pictures of my old damaged sink. Dennie gave me a quote over the phone and he agreed to come to my home which was an hour and a half way. We made the appointment, he arrived on time and I had a newly resurfaced sink in about 4 hours. I would hire Dennie again. He was responsive to my calls, on time and did wonderful work. He cleaned up everything perfectly. My sink looks like new!"

"This was the third time I used Mark and he did a fantastic job. The bathroom was a challenge because the space was awkward but needed a shower added. Not only did he find a solution, but it looks great and really improved the value of the property. He did work throughout the house and even redid his work on the front porch railing after a brief conversation about making it look better -- the way he redid the work went above and beyond what I expected and really made everything look so much better. I keep going back to Mark for his work and highly recommend."
