"I had 3 contractors give me estimates and Joe's was the lowest and most thorough. I was nervous taking the lowest bid, but I knew exactly what was being replaced and how much he was charging. When I got the bill, it was for exactly the same amount as our agreement. They got it done in 1 day, where the next contractor said it would take 2-3 days. Joe's crew said they would arrive between 7:30am - 8:00am and got there at 7:32am and were up on the roof just a few minutes later attaching the tarps and pulling off the shingles. They didn't stop until 6 pm when the last nail and scrap of roofing felt was picked up. I couldn't be more impressed.
