"Roto Rooter came and was not able to clear the clogged sewer line, but they did quote me $7500 to dig up and replace a section of pipe. They claimed the pipe was offset, not a clog. I thanked them and decided against it, talked to Anthony and liked what he proposed. Anthony and Keith came within 30 minutes, removed sewage water and sludge, got a big snake in there with a camera, and located the clog. This was a big, stubborn clog just under the porch and I saw everything on the screen. They pushed their heavy duty auger from the basement for about 45 minutes. When they pushed the clog past the cleanout outside, they tried from the outside with an even bigger sectional snake. Heavy work, they were sweating, but working quietly and confidently. They are both respectful, likeable, and their cleanliness is top notch. It was very interesting to see them working in the same day as Roto Rooter. Awesome pricing, awesome service, they are my plumbers for life!"

"Had a sewer line clog back up in the basement. After a nationally known sewer/drain cleaning company snaked out the trap and did a camera inspection of the main line for me, I was told the line was broke and needed to be replaced or relined. They even showed me their video where they said were breaks. I called Daniel for a second camera inspection, he responded promptly, was very friendly, professional, polite. He saw no breaks, showed me the whole video showing just waste build up so he hydrojetted the line, spending several hours flushing it out until it was clear, making sure there was no mess, even allowing me to put a copy of the before/after videos on a flash drive for myself. Saved myself a great deal of expense, headache, and worry with Daniel. No hidden surprises. You can go with others if you want, but call Daniel first! You will be so happy that you did. "Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."

He called me in the morning and arrived promptly on time later in the afternoon. He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s.
