"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. I would recommend working with e-roof, especially for anyone new to home projects as Tyler can walk you through the process but not push anything on you if you're not interested. "It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction. <br />"

"Great!! The Walker Roofing people (sales, project supervisor and work crew) were excellent and very knowledgeable in their areas. They quickly and correctly addressed our questions, concerns or problems. If something was going to be delayed, they told us before hand. No unpleasent surprises. The work crew was excellent; fast, efficient, on time and hard working. Incredible cleanup of the old cedar roofing with no damage to lawn or plantings around house. We are very pleased with the whole project."
