"From the initial estimate to the finished fence this went very well. My entire back fence needed to be replaced and I wanted auto close on the gates. During the walk down, it was acknowledged that I had metal posts that could be reused and that some of them did need to be reset. I was quoted 3 days for the replacement. On the first day they got the old fence down and had all the rails up for the new fence and had started putting up the boards. When I got home the second day, the fence was complete. My neighbors were impressed with the speed and quality. The estimate was right on. I had a problem with the auto-close on one of the gates about a week later and they came out and fixed it."

"They came out as scheduled and were able to complete the fence in about 3 days. It included setting posts in concrete and constructing the panels on site as well as two gates, one wider gate in line with outside gate for wheelbarrow entrance and the other narrower and on side close to sidewalk. They also installed wood boards under fence so critters including my dog are discouraged from digging under. Gates have nice latches including a wire loop on the inside to pull the latch open when exiting. I was very pleased with the result. They were respectful of the existing plants and raised bed rows taking care not to trample more than necessary."

"Excellent work by Bill and Ryan. We are so happy with our fence. We have a 6 foot chain link fence with winged privacy slats. The posts had to be made extra sturdy and 3 feet deep to hold up to the wind in Troutdale. They held up very well. It was put to the test last winter! We highly recommend them for being great to work with and providing a great product with a lot of expertise."

"If Daniel isn't "Angi approved," he should be. Great workmanship. Good, fair pricing, Took care of the entire job, but also offered ways I could do some of the work and save a dollar or two. He installed 80' of cedar fencing and another 250' of wire fencing. When I wanted to add three more panels months later, he showed up when he said he would and knocked it out of the park. Can't say enough good things about his service and craftsmanship."

"Ron was very responsive--returned my inquiry call on a Saturday. He provided a "ballpark" estimate according to my measurements and then when we decided to hire him, he came out and gave us a final quote. We received one additional estimate from another company, which was slightly less than Statewide Fencing, but it also didn't have as many posts and we felt it would not be the high quality we were looking for. Ron was prompt, completed the project as specified and on time. <br /> The fence installed is a 6.5 feet wire fence with a tensile wire, with a total height of 7 feet (to keep the deer out and our dog in). Per Ron's recommendation, we chose a combination of wood and steel posts for longevity. In addition, Ron custom built three gates that are also 7 feet high. <br /> He did a fantastic job and we are very pleased! <br />"

"Other than a little difficulty in getting the initial quote to accurately reflect the work we wanted done, these guys were on time with the estimated date of installation.  The installation crew was very professional and worked consecutive full days until the job was done.  Their price quote was mid range of the estimates we received and was the only one that quoted the exact materials and fence style we wanted.  An "A" for this company. <br />"

"This was a technical job that other fence companies were turning down or gave us outrageous quotes. They kept telling us they could do what we wanted. Chad and Jerry’s quote was very fair and his work was amazing. Icing on the cake was his customer service. He attentively listened to me and my wife as our design unfolded and never batted an eye when we asked for changes. After the fence was finished we sold our home and moved out of state...the moving company backed their truck into the fence and knocked down a portion just before our open house. Chad was very empathetic and arrived the same day to fix and charged us very little for the repair. Because of our move and such this review is about a year overdue but had to be done. "It took a while to confirm what the gate would look like, and agree on exactly what we wanted. It was a big project and we wanted to make sure that we were clear about what we were agreeing on. Once we did that, we were scheduled for the work. The 2 men who did the work were really great. They were very skilled, offered great suggestions, and were always pleasant. They seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. They were on the job early and worked steadily until finished. This was a big ticket item for us, but we got a lot for it. West-Meyer was patient with us as we made our decisions. They are very busy, so we tried to be patient in return. The end result is our existing wooden fence is sturdy, and the metal gates, fence and driveway gate are beautiful. It is getting harder to find good, honest, skilled workman in Portland as everyone is so busy. I am pleased that we found West-Meyer."

"I'm late writing this review, but he did a great job, was extremely courteous, and checked back several times to make sure that the product and installation had worked out for us.  More recently, the battery in my dog's collar ran out, and Glenn actually dropped by and stuck a fresh one into my mailbox while I was at work, after I bought it at the Dogwatch website.  I think that's some amazing service! <br /> I'm not really sure about what the cost was, but I think it was in the neighborhood of $1000.  Whatever it was, it seemed fair at the time, and has really paid off in peace of mind, etc. <br />"
