"The cleaner who came out did clean the home, however it was not well or to the standard it needed to be. I asked for a move out clean and she was not cleaning certain parts that needed to be cleaned. If I asked her if she had cleaned a certain part she would get angry. She was obviously angry and would continuously call her boss and speak in Russian. Almost passive aggressively working."
