"All Roofing Eagle did a fantastic job on removing our old shingles and installing a new roof. I have never seen anything like it. In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing to replace an old roof. These guys are work horses."

"The estimate process up to the initial payment of deposit and signing of the contract went very well. The sales person was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and had great follow-through. The end of the process, the installation of the door, went well, with professional, thorough and friendly installers. Everything in the middle of the process was muddled, delayed and generated confusion. After not hearing from the company for a few weeks, I called and was told that I'm not actually a customer. It turns out that this was an answering service, but it generated a trust issue. On the day of the installation, I received a call that the installation wouldn't actually be happening on that day, but would happen a week later. It was generally up to me to get status updates and ensure that the company was following through. We are now getting ready to replace a dozen windows, and I'm not sure at this point whether we will ask this company for a quote. The work was quality, but we're not sure that it's worth the hassle of dealing with the office."

"Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!
