Henry gave us a prompt and reasonable estimate within 24 hours of our request and completed the the work the following week. The repaired steps look better than the original and are now very solid. I am no longer concerned about someone falling on loose steps. He was very professional and honest and explained every step of the repair process. He and his associate were very neat and respectful of our property. He generously left some repair supplies behind should anything need a minor touch-up (which we do not, nor does it imply less than excellent work). I would highly recommend him."

"Daniel and MLC really came to our rescue. We struggled for several months to find a contractor to replace a sizable, rapidly deteriorating retaining wall on our property.
