Once the materials were delivered he promptly scheduled the install (within the week). Randy and team got the job done in two days, one for tear down and one for assembling the new fence. Although Doug is in high demand due to his excellent work and service, he came back over a few days after I called him to come back. He lowered the fence and did not charge me for lowering it.
