"SO SMOOTH! John came out a day or two after I reached out, verbally quoted on the spot then sent an official quote the next day (same amount). I needed a RUSH "order" as I'm hosting Thanksgiving this week and he had a team ready for us just a few days later. He confirmed who was coming the day before (it was nice to have names of the team who would here). He also said "go about your day as planned" - which I needed as I'm in and out often. I was super impressed with Anthony as a clear leader (not sure if he was or not, but it appeared so), Alberto and Fernando were also very professional and happy to be there. I love a team with personality and a grateful heart. They even played with my pup for a bit... I have zero doubt I'll have them back to fix my upstairs paint very soon! THANK YOU! :)"

"Brian and his team were excellent. Their work was of very high quality. They took the time to take down all wall hangings, move the furniture, remove the shutters to paint the siding underneath them and anything else that needed done. Brian was very patient with us while we took the time to select the color of the exterior paint and was helpful with bringing samples of different colors and showing us how they would look by painting small patches. He and his crew even came back to paint a small area that was accidentally missed. Brian and his crew were very professional - I would recommend them highly."

"Painting interior plus exterior trim"

"I hired Color Concepts to repaint the exterior of my cedar sided home. I have mixed feelings about Color Concepts LLC. When I called to schedule an estimate, Joe was polite and responsive. The day of the estimate, Joe did not show up. I called, he apologized and had forgotten, and then came over. At the start of the project Joe worked for a day and then was not seen for three. He did not answer calls, texts, or messages through that period. Joe then showed up to complete the job and apologized stating he had been caught up on another project. It took Joe about 5-6 additional days to complete the job as he had estimated. He cleaned up well and overall the job looked ok. Joe did not paint part of my chimney as he was uncomfortable getting on the second story roof (brand-new roof replaced one month prior and this was not mentioned during estimate). He took 100 dollars off the price although this will not cover having someone else come finish the job. I was also informed of this at the time of his departure. There was no formal walk around prior to Joe leaving. Many areas of the house needed touch up work, which I spent several days completing. Undersides to siding were missed, the door frames had only received one coat, and a few small areas towards wall bottoms were missed. I am not confident my house received two full coats as well, more that the second coat was touch ups and *hitting light areas*. Joe was the cheapest estimate and able to complete the job rapidly, but in my opinion this was not a reasonable trade off. Though Joe was a nice individual, I can not say that I would use him again or recommend him to my friends and family."
