"Bob went straight to the point and had a pricing structure that made sense to me and was clear. 1 other contractor would bill me per worker per day plus materials and could not tell me how long it would take making it impossible for me to know what the project would cost me. Another would bill me a lump sum with no breakdown so no clarity on what I would be paying for. A cost per installed slate was right in between and transparent. Bob and team arrived on time, completed the work promptly, shared pictures of the damaged slate tiles to be replaced, installed new rubber boots around all pipes, and cleaned up the work area. It rained shortly after and there were no more leaks if the attic area where I spotted them before. So far, so good and only have good things to say. Should there be new developments regarding this project, I will make sure to update those review. As of now, I would recommend Bob and his team for this type of project."

"I needed a new roof for my 2000 sq ft house. I reached out to Joe @ NML and he really delivered. He came with a crew of 8. It was just supposed to be new shingles but we found mold on the majority of the plywood on the roof. Joe and his crew were able to replace over 50 sheets of plywood and re-shingle the roof in addition to the new flashing I needed around my chimney all in 1 day. His crew was very detailed oriented and EVERYTHING was cleaned up immaculately. I had a pool in the backyard very close to the house and there was no issue with any debris left over. Joe kept me informed on everything thag was going on and it couldn't have been a better experience. "In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing.
