They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "The process was supposed to take 3 days, it was finally done in 8 days. The trash removal was sloppy. Because the roof was not properly covered and secured, there was a big roof leak. As a result my ceiling got damaged. I am still waiting for contractor to change wet insulation in attic and fix damage ceiling. Will follow up when the damages are fix."

They quickly arrived for an estimate and did not pest me with emails or phone calls during the period of time while I was still shopping around.
