"When some roof shingles started flying off our 30+ year old roof I knew that I needed to get some estimates. Four estimates in, a friend recommended Joe Lombardo, owner of NML Contracting & Roofing. Joe contacted me immediately to set up a visit to our home. NML Contracting & Roofing was by far the best estimate I had received working within my budget. I really appreciated Joe’s honesty and attentiveness to our needs, along with his input on shingle color selections. Joe’s team was able to complete our roof in one day, and cleaned up like they were never even there. Very pleased with our experience with NML Contracting & Roofing and with Joe’s expertise. I would highly recommend Joe Lombardo to anyone looking to contract a new roof."

"The service was very quick to completion, lasting maybe a day. The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. The roof looks great and the owner, Paulo, was very professional, nice, and dedicated to customer service."

"The work went extremely well. The company was very responsive and worked around my schedule and need to have solar panels removed prior to the job. The actual roofing crew was highly professional, prompt, and quick. The entire job, from start to finish, was completed in a day. There was no damage to plants around the house and they were scrupulous about removing all waste materials, such as old shingles, nails, etc. after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Dan& sons installed a pitched metal burgundy roof, porch roofs & matching carport, on my 150 year old Fort Plain home. I have also left a previous review of their residential stainless steel siding job. Included is a photo of the original house when we bought it in 2008. Dan & sons Levi, David, & Junior, have not just transformed the house, but saved it. They work with the highest integrity and their work is outstanding. Their prices are affordable and competitive. I can recommend them with no hesitation."

"Judy and I were most pleased with the professional work and the price Eric gave us for a new roof. The hard working crew of 7, with 5 nail guns “blazing,” stripped our 3 roofs, replaced rotted plywood and completed the major part of their work within one day. The crew supervisor Bob was most pleasant to deal with, and Mr Singh came the next day to tackle some of the remaining carpentry issues. Having done a bit of the roofing on our house in my younger years, I appreciate the first rate quality of work."

"Adam was excellent, responded quickly, was very attentive, great personality and did a great job. His team worked hard and was very efficient. Would recommend to anyone needing roof repairs!"

"Had my 1800sq ft shingle roof replaced and I must say I would highly recommend air mark roofing to anyone. Very professional and was completed in one day with a better than expectation result. I have had so many compliments on it already. Amazing job. Owner is a great guy, very fair pricing. Def have a life long customer here. Thanks guys great job!"

"Work included some roof rafter repair that was completed in the same 1 day as complete roof shingle replacement on three different roof levels. Crew assigned was very efficient. Damage prevention from shingle removal was very strong. Home is surrounded on three sides with shrubs and flowers against the foundation and very little impact seen. Great nail pickup, very few found in days since completion. Roof was placed in conformance with Owens Corning standards. Very easy contact with the company via email."
