"It was beyond my expectations, I have heard of this business over the last decade or so but I’ve always had hardwood flooring in my home. I’ve recently moved into my first home and it’s all carpeted. I had an old phone book and hoped that the number was still the same and thankfully it was! Gerald answered on the first ring and was extremely respectful and professional and eager to help me out! I never have had to hire professional help before but as I said I bought this house and it definitely needed help in the floor department. I left for the day and when I came back it was like I walked into a brand new home. Gerald and his employee superseded my expectations and I am so thankful that I not only remembered their business from long ago but that they were able to come within a few days and completely transform my house to a home. They took an old filthy stove and made it sparkling clean The job was an apartment clean out after client left. There was evidence of a cat pee smell but Shari cleaned and shampooed the carpeting and it now is clean and fresh. I would recommend their service to snyone"

"The staff from J&R Carpet Cleaning were very accommodating to set up an appointment shortly after interior painting had been completed and before all the furniture was placed back into the room involved. They called ahead to ask if they could come earlier than originally planned when they had an opening, and arrived promptly. They were very professional in their approach, and had the proper equipment to protect newly painted walls. The carpet and upholstery were done efficiently and well. Would recommend this service and will use them again as needed."

"It went very well.  Don came to my home to remove the blind and a few days later returned and reinstalled it.  It looks and works great for 20 year old metal blinds.  He was very professional, punctual and responsive to my phone calls.  Would recommend and use again for other cleaning projects. <br />"

"Workers arrived on time. I pointed out the grout areas that were especially dirty. I was given an explanation of the services and price. The tile/grout looks better than it did before the cleaning, but some areas of grout still look "darker" - the areas that I had pointed out as being especially dirty. Areas of dirt left on the tiles I had to clean myself. Walking on the tile after it had dried produced a "crunching" feel under my feet. When I inspected the bottom of my shoes there was a fine white powder the consistency of salt or sugar. I've vacuumed twice and used a Swiffer so hopefully this residue is gone, or I'll have to try wet mopping. Also, cleaning solution was tracked onto my hardwood floors and although the worker used a dry mop to clean up I had to wet mop to get the residue off."

"Nate was able to provide a written estimate for my condo on a day's notice. A few days later, Nate and Shane arrived promptly on time to begin the carpet cleaning and linoleum waxing. We had a few stubborn stains including fruit juice which the guys removed. The total visit last about 90 minutes and were very attentive to detail and upheld their promises to remove the stains.
