"They were thorough and communicative throughout the process and Joe did a good job in terms of setting expectations. His crew was also quick and good to work with. Our house is about 90 yrs old and the floors have never been touched, so there was a lot to be done in terms of repairs and sanding."

"The job went extremely well. Ani & crew fit us in over a weekend so floor could be put in before it was too cold. Very professional, hard working, agreeable crew. Left the basement spotless. The new floor looks great."

"Lawrence and his guys did a phenomenal job refinishing my original and very worn hardwood floors. He was able to remove some dark stains in a few places and breathe new life into my floors. I’m honestly very impressed with how the floors look now compared to what they looked like before. The project was started and completed on budget and agreed upon timeline. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend Lawrence to anyone looking to have their floors done."

"Mr. Narine is excellent. I just moved into the area and he has done exceptional work. He painted my house and I appreciate his attention to detail. He is knowledgeable and can fix almost everything. He is my go-to person for all home repairs."

"Upstate Wood Flooring is a group of world-class craftsmen. They make a floor come to life. Steve annd Freddie installed a 6” wide plank, white oak, quarter-sawn floor in our home. They recommended roll-on vapor barrier, glue assist, and staple. I’m sure it will last 100 years! My wife requested a very precise color with a strict install and finishing regimen, and these guys matched it absolutely perfectly. They work long hours and stick to their schedule. Very pleasant fellows. A+++"

"Upstate Fence was the best. I will be hiring them again next year to replace more fencing."
