He was courteous, knowledgeable, smart, thoughtful, meticulous, on time, and an excellent listener and communicator from the initial visit to obtain a quote until the completion of work today. I knew what to expect before work began each day and there were no surprises with cost because I had a written quote detailing work and pricing. It took 4 days to complete work. There were a couple of problems discovered that I will have to address before Mr Mason is able to fully complete all work, but all that was completed was satisfactory and done well.
