"Excellent customer service, professional, honest, fair prices, and fast turnaround. Overall it was a great experience working with Andre and Mocean Roofing and Construction. Andre promptly contacted me after I requested a quote on AngiesList to replace a shingle that had blown off during a recent storm. I provided him with a photo of the damaged area and he quickly recognized the color/manufacturer and made sure I had a good match. His price was fair - $100 for materials and labor - he would have to buy an entire pack and agreed to leave behind the extra shingles. He worked around the tenant’s schedule and went out the very next day (a Sunday). While on the roof he noticed other nearby areas needing repair - 3 field shingles. Replacing them required the removal and replacement of 9 ridge shingles. Instead of doing only what he was hired to do, he took it upon himself to correct all of the problem areas because, as he later told me, the job isn’t done right if he looks past the other damaged areas. I had worked it out with the tenant to pay him when the job was done (I live and work 500 miles away). After the job was complete, Andre sent me pics of the job. I was surprised to learn that he had done all of the extra work and had collected payment without requesting extra compensation for the added labor. I looked up his company on Facebook and their company’s statement is 100% true - they do professional work in a timely manner and focus on building relationships with each of their customers. As a long distance homeowner I have found it difficult in the past to find contractors that I trust to do good work at a fair price. I would absolutely hire them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in their areas of specialty (roofing and fencing, according to their Facebook page)."

"After striking out with local roofing contractors in Kerrville, I was able to connect with Lobo Roofing, (San Antonio). Ruben scheduled a visit for Friday, 2/16. Showed up on time and he and his crew went to work to identify where the roof leak was and what would be necessary to repair. He gave me a very reasonable quote, which I agreed to and he said they would return the next day, Saturday to do the work. I was surprised they committed to working on a weekend. (Does not happen with local contractors.) They showed up on time and immediately began the repair. What was amazing was that the outside temp was 35 degrees, with a wind chill of 25. Ruben, Richard (aka. stick man) and Alexander were wonderful. Completed the repair in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and would even give them 6 or 7 stars, if I was able. Great company and good quality service. I have recommended them to my neighbors."
