"We had a few existing fence sections, previously installed by Bruce Fence about 5or 6 years ago, moved about 6 feet further out from their location in order to pick up some extra footage in our backyard. The job entailed new posts (which i admittedly became quite impatient with the extra weeks it took to order them), but otherwise our fence sections were reused, with the addition of 1 new panel. Chad, CJ, and one more installer did a fantastic job and we are very happy! Chad explained the procedures as they went along and asked for our opinions whenever there was a choice or decision regarding placement. Because there were gas and electric lines in that area, they had to hand dig the post holes rather than being able to use a machine, and they did so carefully, with no issues. They were even kind enough to remove an old wooden post for us as a favor. Our gate swings open and closed freely and smoothly, which can sometimes be a challenge. The guys were professional, courteous, and helpful and completely cleaned up any refuse from the job. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend. Thank you, Bruce Fence, Chad, and crew!"

"I really appreciate that Gary and his son were willing to do the labor only for my fence installation. The fence panels that I wanted were hard to come by early this season - I was able to purchase materials from a friend and Gary did the install. He and his son were great: first of all, a real pleasure to have around, but more importantly, they did a professional installation along my driveway with a difficult incline, some rocks to navigate and nosy neighbors who were disputing the boundary line! Throughout these difficulties, they remained cool and did a bang-up job. Gary even offered to get me 2 more panels and come back the following week to install, because in the end, I wished the finished fence provided just a bit more privacy. Anyway, the fence arrived on the date he said it would, it was designed the way I was envisioning, and installed by Ken from New Scotland Fence, who Rick recommended. "Tim came with two men and performed the replacement/repairs in half a day. He was responsive to my inquiry, came to look over the job and provide the quote when he said he would, worked with me to define the repair job, and scheduled the job promptly when the parts arrived. The work involved completely digging out and replacing two cemented posts, building the fence sections, and replacing three sections. The men worked hard and were friendly and professional. The work was excellent and the repaired fence looks great. Tim even serviced all four of my gates - realignment, spring tension adjustment, greasing. I found Fencemasters after contacting four other fence companies. Most fence installers will not repair a fence that is already in place unless they installed it. Another provider was interested until he saw that the fence was custom and as such, the materials were not available locally. I am very pleased to have had the pleasure of Fencemaster's service and would call them immediately the next time I need repair on my fence, or a new installation. <br />"

"I called SDS in March for the removal of a topped tree and trimming of branches over the street, the fenceline, and the cables and buildings on our property. The estimate appointment was quick, and when I called to schedule the service, I got a projected date of about 3 weeks later. My personal schedule bumped the date to 4 weeks out, but it would've been right on the dot otherwise. The crew arrived early on the scheduled date and the foreman walked the property and confirmed the work with me. All the workers wore PPE and were coordinated and efficient. Their arborist climbed 2 of the trees to prune off limbs, and they also used a lift to get into the canopy and trim the branches near our house. They were careful to secure all removed material on its way down, and they removed the branches, logs, and other debris from the premises. The whole project took about 2 hours, which was much faster than I was expecting. I was impressed with the SDS crew's speed, care, and safety, and I'll definitely give them a call next time our little urban forest needs some management."
