The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. "Asociados came out to evaluate my roof, which is failing in multiple spots. Royce came out to do an estimate, was very thorough and explained everything to me, but he also patched some spots to hold me over until I can hire him to replace the roof. I've had others come out that use high pressure sales tactics, but Asociados was nothing like the that. Simply told me what needs to be replaced, what can be repaired and what parts of the roof are still ok, honest and to the point. I will definitely hire him and would give him 6 stars if I could!"
