Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! "My husband and I received a quote from Redman Construction, for a side door installation and outer house trim replacement, which we agreed upon. When the work was completed, we were sent a bill that was 61% above the quote cost. We were never approached or contacted by Redman that the man hours or cost of supplies were being increased. We were frankly shocked when we received the bill. We were quoted a cost of $7,975.00 and we were billed $13,208.07. This, in my opinion was a deception in the cost quote and price gouging in the final billing statement. My husband and I will never use this company again. The final work was mediocre. The door replaced, is difficult to lock and squeaks when closing. I feel cheated."

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."
