"Mata Paving and More owned and operated by Carlos. Where do I start? I did a ton of research and got a lot of estimates. It took me months, and after a recommendation and speaking to a couple of property owners who hired Mata, I decided to have them to redo my driveway. We expended the driveway and installed Belgian Blocks borders. From A to Z, from the estimate, to arriving on time to materials, every step of the was professional. The crew, which was the same crew every day were great, efficient, kind and worked incredibly together. Every worker at Mata has a specific role that he specializes in. I spoke to a few of them which work for Mata for 6+ years which goes to show how the owner treats his guys. Very well! I was so so impressed with the work. They did things I wasn’t even aware they would do. The grading, the slope, the base, deep and super compacted. Taking their time and leaving the sub base to settle for longer than any other company offers. That was a big plus for me. I was in no rush and wanted to make sure I get the best end result and they totally exceeded expectations. Carlos, thank you for an incredible job. "We purchased a house that was 20 years old. We needed our concrete walkway repaired, as it sank over a period of several years, leaving the distance between steps as a safety hazard. Brian and his crew assessed the situation and did an amazing job. Besides replacing the entire concrete walkway, they also installed a railing. They did another railing in the back of the house and installed a new mailbox as well. 2 days in and we've had many compliments on both the mailbox and walkway. Another neighbor has already asked if HMD is willing to do their mailbox. No job to small (or big, as I believe they're used to doing much larger jobs in the metro area). They also kept our property and surrounding area clean. They loaded equipment and materials in and out, and it was a "busy site" for a couple of days, but when they cleaned up, you would never know they were there, except for the quality craftsmanship they left behind. The front of our house looks better than ever."

"FANTASTIC! Ken installed a "wood" floor out of concrete. We are BLOWN away by how it looks. it completely changes this from a screened in porch to a SUN room ;). The team was pleasant, helped us move a very large old milking chest off the porch and then got to work. We had a few rain delays (it is not waterproof on the porch), but the end result is a beautiful, faux finish. IT turned out better than we hoped."
