We paid a small upcharge for the kind of roof we wanted, but all the bells and whistles were included in the quote: chimney covers, intake and outlet vents. "Sky Shield was professional & friendly was start to finish. John our installer was with us every step of the way from 3 way conversations with our insurance company. Meeting the insurance company to check the roof & approve the repairs. One week later we had a book full of different color shingles to pick out . Several days later early morning the workers were here and by 5pm they were done , cleaned up all the mess and by 6pm looked like no one was ever here but a new roof !
