"Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. "Had to babysit this young man. He started hauling in the big vacuum hoses without placing corner guards. It was scrapping on my wooden stairwell posts and doors. I had to tell him to stop and put in place. He seemed miffed. Then he wasn't wearing booties over his shoes. I told him he had to put them on. (Light color carpet, snowing outside, shoes wet). He didn't move any light weight bedroom chairs and table to get underneath. I stepped in and moved them. I told him last year they moved them without asking? He seemed irritated. Then he didn't wipe up any overspray on our wood floors and stairs. I ended up having too. Left our carpets soaking wet, especially steps. After he left, I threw towels down and stepped on them to absorb all the excess water. Honestly, I've used them last year and they were awesome! Not sure what has happened since then? Probably training. He seemed rushed. This was an 9:00 appt too!"
