He came out to our property and gave us a free estimate, and offered some suggestions for additional updating, if we wanted to do that work as well, but wasn't at all pushy about it. On the day of service, Jim called 10 minute prior to arrival, as I requested, and was there on time! He showed up with his employees and promptly got to work. Jim was respectful to our home, and belongings. His professionalism has blown me away, and we will certainly be using him again in the future!!"

They offered opinions, but it was always my decision. I ended up with my Emportia charger mounted exactly where I wanted on the house.
