However, after completing the work, he was not happy with it and explained that the old (1950s) floor had too much moisture, causing some areas to not absorb the finish as well. He refinished the floor a second time with a larger finisher (3 different levels of sandpaper!) at no additional cost. We are happy with the work. "I thought they were very positive. I liked them. I haven't had any window work done. I don't remember how much the cost was. They didn't do any work, so this is on their approach and bidding. I didn't use them because I haven't had the windows done. They did follow up and call me a couple of times, and I really appreciated that. I haven't decided and I am leaning in the direction of the contractor who came out to look at it; I just didn't get a bid from him. I would rather contact them if I decide to go with them."
