Their quality of work and knowledge is 2nd to none. We have always used them for carpet cleaning, but decided our ceramic tiles and grout needed a good refreshing this time and WOW. Our home looks and smells amazing. They do an incredibly thorough job each and every time. Our carpets have some years on them, but they come out so clean and stain free they look almost new. We will certainly not look anywhere else for our tile and carpet cleaning. They will do furniture cleaning, hardware floor, sealing etc. Next visit we will have the furniture cleaned. "I had a horrible cat urine odor in the under flooring of a bedroom. I used this product but it was not as effective as I hoped. I tried pet store products, vinegar and baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and other products. The thing that finally worked was bleach. It is probable that this product would work better on fabric and rugs. Also, it would probably work better on less severe problems. The provider was excellent to deal with. <br />"

"Everything went according to schedule. The work was done in a timely manner. The owner James and his son installed the hardware necessary for the hanging of the drapes and hung everything. He was very precise in the placing of valances. The curtain rod covered five windows. They steamed the curtains and moved the furniture back for me and cleaned up. If needed, I will definitely call Best Drapery again and recommend their services to others."

"I have used Stanley Steemer 4 times in different parts of the country. I always had great, reliable service from them. I recently called the one in Pleasantville, NJ and they came out on time the next day. The rug cleaning was OK. No big deal. The reasons some spots were not removed was, in their opinion, from a previous rug treatment that used to much soap in their product. I had the hardwood floors cleaned in the high traffic areas of the kitchen and mudroom. It was a disaster and they did a terrible job. They stated that due to a prior floor treatment the floors could not be cleaned correctly after they already were using a machine to clean the floors. As it became apparent that the floor was not done well, time became a big concern. The amount of time it was taking to do the job was an issue for them, not how well the job was done."
