So, after one year of interviewing fence contractors and getting eight estimates, a friend recommended Mike Liberi to me. He was worth the search and the wait! Mike is the best contractor, of any kind, I have ever dealt with. I can't rave enough about him. He is a true professional who knows his business and his craft, as does his crew. Mike and his crew installed 43 sections of 6' white vinyl fencing with black 5/8" pickets on top. The job was started on time and completed within a two day time period. Of great importance to me in a contractor is someone who gets back to me in a timely manner. Too many times I have waited weeks for a contractor to return my call, or to not call back at all. Mike Liberi is that rare contractor who gets back to you immediately. No question (and I had many), is too minor for him to answer. And this continues even after the job is completed. "A slight mold problem was discovered in the crawl space as the result of water laying in there.  I called Mr. Felice and he came out and fully explained the process to remediate the problem.  He installed a complete space encapsulaton system (liner and sump pump in the crawl space)  and insulated the crawl space.  He also cleaned out years of debris before he started the work.  The entire job took five days.  All the work was done on time.  The crew was polite and courteous and the job site was left spotless.  I would highly recommend Felice Enterprises to my family and friends."

"I hired Mr. Handy to work on my 2 outside decks of my summer home in Sea Isle City. I really appreciated the time that Derek and Greg took to get the job done right the first time. I've used other contractors in the past and did not have good experiences. Derek and Greg came out to my house and really made me feel comfortable with every aspect of the repairs. They were very detailed and knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. I had a quote for the repairs the same day! their customer service also surprised me. "First of all, the responsiveness of Mike and his team (SRS Restoration) was beyond exceptional. My rental property was extremely damaged during torrential rains. One corner of our flat roof collapsed causing severe damage to the interior. It was a Friday evening and the rain was still pouring down. I immediately searched Angie's List and found SRS's information (they had very good reviews). Within 2 hours the roof was secured, the water was removed from the interior, and the drying fans had started blowing. It's important to note that Mike and his team were apprx. 45 minutes away from my house at the time I called, making his sense of urgency that much more impressive.  <br /> Also very impressive was Mike's communication and meticulous documentation. I was kept constantly aware of the progress and the situation was THOROUGHLY documented using the same process and software the insurance companies use (making the estimate VERY accurate). Mike understands the immense inconvenience this causes the property owner and was also extremely helpful in facilitating the insurance process for such a large claim. <br /> SRS cut costs by reusing as much of the original materials (hardwood, etc) as possible. Mike continued to follow up to make sure the work was satisfactory and even came back out to the property to do a post-repair inspection. The results were outstanding and our tenants moved back in to a better home than they had left.  <br />"
