"After 30+ years of living in my home, I finally decided to install a fence and I wanted it done right. So, after one year of interviewing fence contractors and getting eight estimates, a friend recommended Mike Liberi to me. He was worth the search and the wait! Mike is the best contractor, of any kind, I have ever dealt with. I can't rave enough about him. He is a true professional who knows his business and his craft, as does his crew. Mike and his crew installed 43 sections of 6' white vinyl fencing with black 5/8" pickets on top. The job was started on time and completed within a two day time period. Of great importance to me in a contractor is someone who gets back to me in a timely manner. Too many times I have waited weeks for a contractor to return my call, or to not call back at all. Mike Liberi is that rare contractor who gets back to you immediately. No question (and I had many), is too minor for him to answer. And this continues even after the job is completed. Mike is kind, professional, honest, and courteous, and he truly cares about his work and his customers. He wants his customers to be as proud of his work as he is. His prices are, as he says, "fair to you and me." Mike and his crew did an outstanding job and I have already received many compliments about my fence. At the same time as he installed my fence, he replaced several sections of my neighbor's fence and, she, as well, was extremely pleased and satisfied with his work and his people skills. "I received a phone call and was able to get an appointment on a Saturday. Jenkin and Hasan were the gentleman that did a walk through of my property. They were professional and to the point. I received my estimate within two hours on a Saturday. Very impressed! They were able to accommodate me with an install within a week. Jenkin was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. He was also a big help with a very last minute change in fence layout. His crew showed up introduced themselves and started to work. They also were very professional. They took away the old fence after removal and cleaned up after themselves when done."

"First, we have not had good luck with any kind of help. They either or late getting back to us or over-priced. I called Derek of Mr. Handy and set up a Sat. estimate. He showed up right on time , gathered all the info (msmts,material,etc) & said he would email us an estimate in a couple days. 2 days later the estimate arrived & we considered it reasonable. After giving him the go-ahead he he said he could start within a week to 10 days. Our place is a shore condo & we are not there during the week so we provided a key. 2 weeks later we went down to see a finished job that looked better than we imagined. To install the new floor he had to tear up the old one which is a messy job. The kitchen was in clean, pristine condition after he was done. The entire job was paid for after completion. "We were quoted a price of $195 to re-install our existing mailbox on a new post that would look as much like our neighbors' as possible, and we double-checked to be sure that this price included all labor, parts, etc before proceeding. The mailbox was instead mounted on a much thicker, stronger post and we were charged $250. We don't dispute the quality of the work, which looks good (it is all 4x6 whereas everyone else on the block has 4x4). But we wish we had been consulted beforehand about the change in plans and the extra expense."

He was prompt and even called me to make sure I wouldn't be disturbed while he accomplished the current job. He also power washed my concrete driveway and painted my shutters and outside windows. Every task was completed as promised. I normally do not do reviews or surveys, however, I highly recommend JC Power Wash."

I've had people come in and comment on how great it looks. It was a tremendous change. They worked for two days, cleaned up, and Scott came back to check on the job to make sure everything was perfect. I would hire again. They were very professional."
