"Jason from Fabulous Floors did an outstanding job sanding my wood floor. It was not an easy floor to sand either. The floor had large manufactured divots (grooves) throughout. Jason was such a pleasure to work with. He had a lot of patience because it took me a while to decide what to do. I went back and forth for several weeks deciding to either sand the floor or have a vinyl floor installed. He is very knowledgeable and offered many recommendations. I requested a matte polyurethane finish and the floor looks amazing. It was a great experience working with Fabulous Floors and I would highly recommend them."

They answered a lot of questions. He helped me choose the grout and even offered to pick it up for me. They began work and cleaned up everything and took all trash when they left.
