We had our staircase completely replaced, new wood flooring on our second floor landing, and sanding and refinishing to a lighter color in our family room, dining room and foyer. We also had LVP installed in our kitchen and everything looks amazing! Here are some highlights about the job: - Excellent work for excellent value - Igor really cares about his customers! For example, he suggested during mid-job I replace my old posts and handrails instead of sanding and refinishing and adjusted the price down. They worked extra hours to get things right. He hired a painter to fix patching and painting we should have expected from the staircase demo. He helped us clean the dust and addressed touch ups - From quote through completion they were done in less than two weeks and this was a big job. - Highly recommend!"

"Jason from Fabulous Floors did an outstanding job sanding my wood floor. It was not an easy floor to sand either. The floor had large manufactured divots (grooves) throughout. Jason was such a pleasure to work with. He had a lot of patience because it took me a while to decide what to do. I went back and forth for several weeks deciding to either sand the floor or have a vinyl floor installed. He is very knowledgeable and offered many recommendations. I requested a matte polyurethane finish and the floor looks amazing. It was a great experience working with Fabulous Floors and I would highly recommend them."

"Matt and his associate acted professional the entire time they were in my home. They showed when expected. Matt instructed me on what he will be doing and what to expect from him. They answered a lot of questions. He helped me choose the grout and even offered to pick it up for me. They began work and cleaned up everything and took all trash when they left.
