"I recently moved to a senior home that was built in 1965; VERY little has been done to update this place since then. The oak hardwood floors were a MESS! They were very worn and full of (pet) stains throughout. While the quote from 3M was slightly higher than another quote I got, they were available when I needed them. Marcelo and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! The floors look amazing. They also put oak hardwood in the master bedroom and hallway that had been there when built but replaced by previous owners with cheap snap flooring in a hideous color. They worked hard daily, tarting at 6:30am till 5:00pm and completed sanding, polishing also installing new hard floors as well as luxury vinyl floors for 6 Bedrooms, Living Room. "Jason from Fabulous Floors did an outstanding job sanding my wood floor. It was not an easy floor to sand either. The floor had large manufactured divots (grooves) throughout. Jason was such a pleasure to work with. He had a lot of patience because it took me a while to decide what to do. I went back and forth for several weeks deciding to either sand the floor or have a vinyl floor installed. He is very knowledgeable and offered many recommendations. I requested a matte polyurethane finish and the floor looks amazing. It was a great experience working with Fabulous Floors and I would highly recommend them."

"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."
